Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Territory Manager to join our L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Project Sales department. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and managing projects to ensure successful delivery. Your expertise in LV Switchgears, User Interface, and other electrical solutions will be crucial in driving business growth and maintaining our reputation as a leading provider in the industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, builders, contractors, and industry professionals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on LV Switchgears and related products.
Provide technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring a deep understanding of our electrical solutions.
Manage and oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project implementation.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare and present sales proposals, demonstrations, and presentations to clients.
Provide regular feedback and reports on sales activities and market trends.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and build brand awareness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical industry.
Strong knowledge of LV Switchgears, User Interface, and other electrical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing projects successfully.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
Valid driving license and ability to commute within the region.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
