Job Title: Process Coordinator (Full-Time)

Location: Gargee Designers, New Freinds Colony, New Delhi-110025.

Timings: 11 AM – 7.30 PM, 6 days a week, Weekly off- Tuesdays

Reporting To: Creative Director and Managing Director

Note- No work from home allowed.

Salary 15,000- 17,000.

Job Description:

The Processes Coordinator will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the men's wear studio, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires close collaboration with designers, production teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

● Process Management: Coordinate and monitor all production processes, from initial design to final product delivery. Ensure that each phase adheres to quality standards and timelines.

● Workflow Optimization: Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Implement new procedures and technologies as needed.

● Project Coordination: Work closely with design and production teams to manage project timelines, track progress, and address any issues that arise. Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. ● Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components. Monitor inventory levels and manage reordering processes as necessary.

● Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control procedures throughout the production process. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure that products meet the studio's standards.

● Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all processes, materials, and production data. Generate regular reports on process efficiency, costs, and other key metrics.

● Team Collaboration: Act as a central point of contact for all teams involved in the production process. Facilitate communication between departments to ensure that everyone is aligned and informed.

● Compliance: Ensure that all production processes comply with industry regulations and the company's ethical standards.

Skills:

● Strong understanding of fashion production processes, especially in men's wear.

● Excellent organizational and project management skills.

● Proficient in advanced excel.

● Ability to analyze and improve processes for efficiency and quality.

● Proficient in using production management software and tools.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
