Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting within enterprise resource planning systems.
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to drive financial performance.
Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve financial discrepancies and operational challenges.

Additional Information

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
This position is based at our Indore office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
