What are we looking for

We are looking for the Senior Finance Executive who will be responsible for reconciliation, payment tracking, and financial accuracy within the department. This role ensures that all third-party payments (affiliates, influencers, media agencies, etc.) are correctly recorded, reconciled, and processed as per the agreed terms. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, reconciliations, and payment processing, preferably with experience in performance marketing finance or a similar industry.

What will the role look like

You will:

Financial Reconciliation & Payment Processing

Reconcile transactions on an individual partner level (Affiliates, Influencers, Agencies) and ensure payments align with contracts & deliverables.
Validate & track marketing spends and ensure correct attribution to respective vendors.
Ensure payment accuracy by reviewing invoices, proofs of execution, and attribution reports before approvals.
Collaborate with finance & accounting teams to ensure that all expenses are booked under the right categories in the P&L.
Monitor payment terms and ensure timely disbursement to partners as per agreed terms (CPO, CPM, CPI, etc.).

Financial Reporting & Compliance

Prepare periodic financial reports tracking budget utilization, outstanding payments, and spend efficiency.
Identify & resolve discrepancies in invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with the Marketing, Finance, and Vendor Management teams to align payment approvals and financial reporting.
Coordinate with the Finance Executive to ensure all executional aspects (ticketing, approvals, proof submissions) are completed in a timely manner.
Support the Finance AM in tracking overall P&L for the department.

Attributes to succeed in the role

Skills experiences and behaviors required:

Must-Have:

CA (Chartered Accountant) is mandatory.
1-3 years of experience in finance, reconciliation, or payment processing roles.
Experience in marketing finance, media agency finance, or e-commerce finance is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and financial reconciliation tools.
Attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of transactions.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability.

Good to Have:

Experience working in a performance marketing or digital advertising finance team.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing, influencer payment models, and media buying finance.
Exposure to UAE-based finance processes or global payment reconciliation.
