Key Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and publish engaging content (videos, reels, images, graphics, and captions) for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards for reels and video content.
Capture and edit photos and videos for social media and digital campaigns.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with the marketing, design, and operations teams to create compelling campaigns.
Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
Analyze content performance and prepare periodic reports on reach, engagement, and growth metrics.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries on social media platforms in a timely manner.
Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and external agencies when required.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand voice.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing software.
Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and emerging trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
