About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Copywriter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment, working on high-impact creative campaigns, content IPs, and brand positioning projects. If you have a passion for storytelling, a knack for crafting compelling narratives, and a deep understanding of consumer engagement, we want to hear from you! Someone who loves to be in front of the camera and wants to shoot the content as well.

Key Responsibilities

Develop compelling and innovative copy across various platforms, including digital, print, social media, and video scripts. Craft engaging content IPs that drive audience engagement and brand affinity. Ideate and execute award-winning concepts, activations, and brand experiences that push creative boundaries. Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and marketing teams to bring brand stories to life.

Qualifications & Skills

2-3 years of experience as a copywriter. Knows what works in digital space, and digital PR work. Strong portfolio showcasing content-led initiatives at social platforms. Proven ability to develop award-winning ideas, activations, and brand experiences. Exceptional storytelling, conceptual thinking, and writing skills.

Experience in developing and executing content IPs across digital and traditional media.

Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts effectively. A deep understanding of digital and social media trends and their impact on brand communication. A proactive and collaborative mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation. Background from Tier 1,2 creative agencies would be great.
