Position: Relationship Manager – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

Handle client inquiries and provide professional guidance on property buying, selling, and leasing.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties accordingly.
Conduct property meetings, and negotiations.
Stay updated on market trends, available inventory, competitor movements, and pricing.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and admin teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, client details, and transactions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/lease targets.
Promote company projects, new launches, and investment opportunities.
Represent the company in property exhibitions, open houses, and marketing events.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
