Role Description The Social Media Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The individual in this position will manage day-to-day social media activities, including planning and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. Responsibilities include creating engaging posts, captions, and stories, monitoring online conversations, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role also involves coordinating with designers and writers, tracking performance metrics, preparing basic reports, and suggesting improvements to campaigns based on data and trends. The Social Media Associate will help support broader digital marketing and PR initiatives as needed.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Social Media Content Creation and Writing skills for engaging posts and campaigns.
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media platform management for effective audience growth and engagement.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and interacting with clients.
Candidates should possess basic analytics skills (e.g., understanding reach, engagement, and follower growth) and familiarity with common social media tools.
Relevant qualifications such as a degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field are beneficial.
Prior experience in a digital agency or in managing brand social media accounts is an advantage.
