Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating hiring and onboarding, and supporting performance management processes. The role involves administering HR policies, handling employee queries, and supporting employee relations activities such as engagement initiatives and grievance resolution. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with management to ensure compliance with labor laws, support payroll and attendance processes, and help implement HR best practices. The role also includes preparing HR reports, assisting in training and development programs, and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in core HR practices.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including employee data management, documentation, and HR process administration.
Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, with the ability to implement and communicate policies effectively.
Skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and maintaining a supportive work environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Good understanding of local labor laws and regulations relevant to Coimbatore and India.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software; attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
