We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team in Chennai. The HR Recruiter will play a key role in the recruitment process, helping us find and attract top talent for our organization.

Responsibilities

Source candidates using various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract candidates.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
