At PwC, our people in data and analytics engineering focus on leveraging advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients. They play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth.

Those in cloud and automation engineering at PwC will focus on planning, designing, developing, testing and troubleshooting cloud-based applications on proprietary products and platforms, specialising in mass customization. You will work across the complete cloud stack and have an in-depth knowledge of cloud storage and applications. Working in this area, you will interact with product and project managers and other key stakeholders to drive an optimised solution within known constraints.

Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. The Delivery Excellence Reporting & Analytics team is looking for Senior Associate to join the program team! Our vision for the future is to deliver excellence, provide greater client value and lower the cost of delivery, through standardized solution and delivery across Advisory, by leveraging Solution Studio and PDM (PwC Delivery Methodology) that is powered by GenAI.

Skills Required

Minimum 3 years of working experience, having strong Data Engineering skills to design and build scalable and enterprise grade data pipelines utilizing Pyspark, Python, SQL, Azure and Databricks.
Having a strong technical background and implementing best practices on Databricks platform with a strong understanding of Workflows, DLT and Unity catalog.
Having deep understanding of Data modeling techniques and Architecture, Delta Lake and Lakehouse architecture.
Experience setting up CI/CD, automated testing and version control for fast and reliable deployments.
Experience in ML techniques, RAG and GenAI based frameworks like Langchain, LangGraph etc.
Interest and enthusiasm for transforming the way that we will be delivering work as as part of the Delivery Excellence team
