Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Trainee with 0-2 years of experience who can strengthen our digital presence and help build the brand identity of Multiversity across platforms.

The ideal candidate should have prior agency experience and should be comfortable handling both company pages and founders profiles. This role requires someone who enjoys content creation, branding, social media strategy, photography, and video creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
Plan monthly content calendars and campaign rollouts across platforms.
Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Write engaging captions, hooks, and content copies tailored to each platform.
Handle and manage multiple Instagram and LinkedIn accounts simultaneously,
Coordinate with design and video teams for reels, carousels, stories, and campaign creatives.
Monitor trends, conversations, and emerging content formats to keep the brand relevant.
Analyze engagement, reach, audience insights, and campaign performance regularly.
Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and growth recommendations.
Explore and integrate AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, and automation tools to improve efficiency and creativity.
Engage with the online community through comments, DMs, collaborations, and interactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a creative agency or digital marketing agency is mandatory.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and platform-specific best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and content structure.
Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Notion, Buffer/Hootsuite, and basic editing tools.
Comfortable using AI tools and adapting to evolving digital workflows.
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
Strong analytical mindset with understanding of social media metrics and reporting.
Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented.
