Healthcare — Specialty Outpatient Services: Join a busy gastroenterology consultant clinic serving patients in Indiranagar, Bangalore. This on-site role supports high-quality patient care by managing front-desk operations, appointment flow, and clinic communications in a fast-paced private practice environment.

Primary Title (best-performing on job platforms): Medical Receptionist (Clinic Receptionist)

Role & Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors; manage check-ins and ensure a courteous, private reception experience.
Handle appointment scheduling and confirmations via phone, WhatsApp, and clinic software to optimise daily patient flow.
Complete patient registration, verify demographic details, and maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
Process payments, generate invoices, manage cash receipts, and coordinate basic insurance verification where applicable.
Answer multi-line phone systems, triage calls to the gastroenterologist or nursing staff, and escalate clinical concerns per clinic protocol.
Maintain reception area standards, manage inventory of patient forms and stationery, and support basic administrative tasks for the consulting team.

Experience in a gastroenterology or outpatient clinic
