Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to join our team at Spectra Technovision Pvt Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data records, preparing quotations, handling SAP entries, and supporting day-to-day operational activities using Advanced Excel tools.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

· Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in ERP/SAP systems

· Prepare and manage customer quotations as per company requirements

· Handle data management activities using Advanced Excel functions

· Generate reports, MIS, and data analysis sheets when required

· Verify and update existing data to ensure accuracy and completeness

· Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and data updates

· Maintain proper filing and documentation of records

· Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Required Skills

· Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, HLOOKUP, Formulas, Data Filtering, etc.)

· Data Entry and Data Management

· SAP Knowledge

· Quotation Preparation

· Good typing speed and accuracy

· Basic communication and coordination skills

· Attention to detail and time management

Qualification

· Graduate in Any Stream

· Additional certification in MS Excel or SAP will be an added advantage

Experience

· 4+ Years of relevant experience preferred
