What You Will Be Doing:

Managing end-to-end accounting functions including GST/TDS, reconciliations, expense management, P&L and monthly closing
Handling vendor payments, accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring accurate records
Coordinating with the purchasing team for inventory control, costing, and stock verification
Implementing cost control systems across departments
Preparing MIS reports, budgets, and financial statements
Working closely with auditors and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
Monitoring financial performance and providing insights to the leadership team
Bringing structure, discipline, and transparency to day-to-day financial operations

Must-Haves:

78 years of full-time accounting experience
Experience in hospitality (hotels, restaurants, F&B) is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory, vendor management
Hands-on experience with GST/TDS filings, reconciliations, P&L, and balance sheets
Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability
Excellent communication skills and strong organizational habits
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of hotel accounting software is a plus
A problem-solver's mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, evolving environment
