Job Scope:

Moksh CAD is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter to join our team of experts! As a leading provider of 2D/3D CAD drafting and design services, we collaborate with clients across various industries to transform their visions into precise technical drawings. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize AutoCAD to create meticulous 2D drawings, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and detailed illustrations, adhering to Moksh CAD's drafting standards and client specifications.
Leverage your understanding of architectural and engineering principles to accurately translate project requirements into clear and functional technical documents.
Collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and project managers to grasp design intent and ensure drawings align with project goals.
Meticulously review and revise existing drawings based on client feedback and design modifications.
Potentially contribute to the development of 3D models to enhance project visualization, leveraging Moksh CAD's expertise in this area (familiarity with 3D modeling a plus).
Maintain a well-organized and efficient workflow to meet project deadlines consistently. • Adhere to company data management protocols, ensuring the accuracy and security of project files.

Required Certifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Certifications in CAD software or other relevant estimation software would be an advantage.
Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or similar certification would be beneficial.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AutoCAD Drafter.
In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD software, encompassing a strong foundation in 2D drafting techniques and a demonstrably proficient understanding of 3D modeling capabilities (familiarity with AutoCAD 3D or similar software is a strong plus).
Solid grasp of architectural and/or engineering drafting principles, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent understanding of drafting conventions and industry standards.
Proficiency in technical document creation and annotation practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address drafting challenges and ensure project specifications are met.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with internal and external teams.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in AutoCAD and drafting practices. Required Key Skills
Proven experience as a Roofing Estimation Specialist or similar role.
