Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Process Engineer. The Process Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing new technologies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include process design, development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of process systems.

Qualifications

Strong skills in system architecture design, deployment, and optimization
Experience with managing enterprise IT infrastructure and implementing new technologies
Ability to conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis across hardware, software, and network systems
Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, or HIPAA
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (M365), Active Directory, and Windows Server environments
Strong communication and collaboration capabilities across cross-functional teams
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
The candidate must have 4–12 years of relevant experience in IT systems administration
We prefer experienced candidates with an IT background in the pharmaceutical industry
Qualification - B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science / B.E in Computer Science
