About the Role

Zerocac is seeking a strategic and creative Brand & Social Media Manager with 4+ years of experience to lead the content, branding, and social presence for multiple clients.

In this role, you won't just manage social handles—you'll own the entire brand narrative: from content planning to creative execution, ensuring every post, story, and campaign builds consistency and impact. You'll also act as the bridge between clients and our creative team, translating brand needs into bold strategies and campaigns.

What You'll Do

Own and manage end-to-end social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, etc.).
Oversee content planning, branding, and creative direction for multiple clients.
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and writers to ensure content aligns with brand goals.
Develop and maintain monthly content calendars, campaign strategies, and performance reports.
Manage client communication—understand their requirements, present ideas, and ensure expectations are met.
Track social trends, competitor moves, and audience insights to keep brand content relevant and engaging.
Deliver high-quality, on-time campaigns while managing multiple brands simultaneously.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in social media management, brand marketing, or content strategy.
Proven track record of managing brands end-to-end (content, creatives, campaigns).
Strong communication and presentation skills for direct client handling.
Deep understanding of digital platforms, content formats, and performance metrics.
Ability to manage multiple accounts/brands with ease and professionalism.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills to guide internal creative teams.

Nice to Have

Exposure to influencer marketing or affiliate programs.
Hands-on knowledge of paid ads and campaign optimization.
Familiarity with AI-led tools for content, analytics, and creative.
Experience working with startups or fast-paced creative agencies.
