Job Purpose:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (South) to drive business growth across South India while also overseeing the administrative operations of the Hyderabad office. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic sales expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across the South region.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to maximize market penetration and profitability.

Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key customers and channel partners.

Manage and grow existing customer accounts while expanding the customer base.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.

Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts, business plans, and performance reports to management.

Team Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team of 8–10 members spread across South India.

Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular reviews, and drive team productivity.

Build a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and continuous feedback.

Administration – Hyderabad Office

Oversee the overall administration and smooth functioning of the Hyderabad office.

Ensure effective management of office facilities, infrastructure, compliance, and vendor coordination.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless administrative support for business operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in any discipline; MBA is mandatory.

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in B2B sales, with significant exposure to equipment, industrial products, or durable goods.

Proven track record of successfully managing sales operations across South India.

Prior experience in leading and managing teams of 8–10 members across multiple locations.

Strong understanding of channel sales, key account management, and business development.

Experience in handling administrative responsibilities will be an added advantage.
