Title: Creative Head / Manager – AI

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Creative Head / Manager – AI to lead brand transformation and creative strategy as the organization expands from a primarily B2B/B2G model into the retail (B2C) segment.
This role will focus on building strong brand positioning, simplifying complex climate-tech products into relatable stories, and driving high-impact creative campaigns using AI-powered tools and modern storytelling approaches.

Key Responsibilities

Lead brand positioning and creative strategy as the company expands into the consumer market.
Develop creative campaigns and brand narratives that translate complex technical products into simple, human-centered stories.
Drive creative direction across digital, video, and visual communication channels.
Work closely with marketing teams to build impactful storytelling and brand campaigns.
Lead and mentor design and video specialists, ensuring strong collaboration and high creative standards.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, and Synthesia to accelerate creative development and content production.
Build creative templates, frameworks, and prompt libraries to enable faster content creation.
Stay updated with market trends, customer insights, and competitor creative strategies.

Experience & Skills

6–10 years of experience in creative, brand, or content roles.
Experience working across B2B and B2C communication.
Strong ability to translate complex technical or product concepts into clear and engaging stories.
Hands-on exposure to AI-powered creative tools and modern content workflows.
Experience leading creative teams or collaborating with designers and video creators.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with quick turnaround times.
