Key Responsibilities:
Leads end-to-end project delivery across the full lifecycle—initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure—ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Define and manage project scope, goals, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics, with a strong focus on value realization.
Develops and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
Drives cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, architecture, design, QA, and operations teams to enable seamless execution.
Establishes robust project governance frameworks, including status reporting, performance tracking, and executive dashboards.
