The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing ND Paper's sales strategy within the assigned territory of South Asia - India. This role is focused on driving profitable growth by expanding market share, acquiring new customers, strengthening strategic customer relationships, and growing ND Paper's direct sales business.

The Regional Sales Manager is accountable for achieving assigned sales and revenue targets while leading regional sales initiatives, developing high-performing customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the long-term success of ND Paper throughout India.

Work Arrangement: Onsite (Local Office)

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve assigned sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
Identify, develop, and secure new customers while expanding ND Paper's direct sales business within the assigned region.
Develop and manage strategic customer accounts to increase customer retention, market share, and long-term business growth.
Monitor gross margin performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Gather competitor intelligence, monitor local market pricing trends, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and execute regional sales and promotional initiatives.
Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Sales, and After-Sales teams to ensure timely deliveries, resolve customer claims, manage port detention and overdue balances, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
Support the development and performance of the regional sales team through coaching, guidance, and performance management.
Represent ND Paper at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Fluent in English and the local spoken language (spoken and written).
Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience within the paper industry, including printing paper, folding boxboard, or containerboard.
Demonstrated success in sales growth, business development, customer relationship management, and account management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and deliver results in a competitive market.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

This position is compensated under a base salary plus commission structure.
