Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Associate / Business Development Associate, based in Bengaluru North. The role involves engaging with prospective buyers and investors, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable real estate options from Square Yards portfolio. Responsibilities include conducting property consultations and site visits, managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and coordinating with developers, agents, and internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction process. The associate will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, follow up with leads, and provide post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction and referrals. The role also requires active participation in local market research, promotional activities, and business development initiatives to expand the customer base and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport, handle inquiries, and provide clear, helpful guidance.
Candidates should possess a Real Estate License where required by local regulations, along with a solid understanding of Real Property and Real Estate market fundamentals.
Candidates should possess proven sales skills, with experience in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals in real estate or related sectors.
Candidates should possess effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and local languages as applicable.
Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and networking abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and comfort working in a target-driven environment.
