At ASBL, we're redefining how India builds homes. Backed by over three decades of legacy through Ashoka Builders, we launched in 2017 with a mission to deliver high-quality homes, on time, powered by technology and execution excellence.

We are an AI-native organization — everyone uses Cursor daily — and we believe productivity is measured by business impact, not activity. As we scale our engineering and product teams, we're looking for a Senior IT Recruiter who can hire top-tier tech talent and shape ASBL's hiring engine.

What Makes This Role Exciting

As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will own end-to-end hiring for critical technology roles across engineering, data, product, and platform teams. You'll partner closely with leadership, influence hiring strategy, and build pipelines that scale with the business.

You will be the go-to person for:

End-to-End Tech Hiring: Owning the complete recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level IT roles — from requirement intake to offer closure.
Talent Sourcing Excellence: Building strong pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, and market mapping for niche and high-impact roles.
Hiring Quality & Speed: Driving high offer-to-join ratios, reduced TAT, and consistent hiring outcomes for fast-moving teams.
Employer Branding: Representing ASBL as a high-performance, AI-native tech organization and improving candidate experience at every touchpoint.
Process & Data Ownership: Improving recruitment workflows, interview coordination, ATS hygiene, and reporting key hiring metrics.

About the Role:

Research & Market Intelligence

Stay updated on tech hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor landscapes.
Advise stakeholders on realistic hiring plans and market availability.

People Enabling Technology

Hire engineers and tech leaders who build systems that directly impact real-world outcomes — helping families get their homes on time.

How We Measure Impact

Hiring Outcomes: Successful closure of critical tech roles with strong quality-of-hire.
Speed: Reduced time-to-hire without compromising on talent bar.
Candidate Experience: High NPS and positive feedback from candidates and hiring managers.
Process Excellence: Clean, scalable recruitment processes with reliable data and reporting.

Are You the One We Need

Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
