We partner with designers, D2C labels, and global retailers to produce trend-leading campaign imagery—blending editorial aesthetics with commercial precision. Our photographers shape visual identities that drive engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty in a hyper-competitive market. Role & Responsibilities

Capture high-resolution, on-brand fashion imagery across studio, location, and event settings—ensuring consistency in lighting, styling, and mood.
Collaborate with art directors, stylists, and models to translate creative briefs into compelling visual narratives that align with brand guidelines.
Manage end-to-end shoots: pre-production planning, wardrobe/set coordination, on-set execution, and post-production handoff to retouching teams.
Optimize workflow for fast turnaround on e-commerce product shots, lookbooks, and seasonal campaigns without compromising artistic quality.
Stay ahead of industry trends—experiment with new lighting techniques, digital backdrops, and styling innovations to enhance brand differentiation.
Ensure all imagery complies with usage rights, model releases, and brand asset management protocols for global distribution.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
Proficiency in Canon/Nikon DSLR/Mirrorless systems with expertise in natural + artificial lighting setups
Advanced command of Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop for color grading, compositing, and batch editing
Experience shooting fashion editorials, e-commerce catalogs, or brand campaigns (min. 1 year portfolio required)
Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy tailored to fashion aesthetics
Ability to direct models and manage on-set dynamics under tight deadlines
Knowledge of RAW processing workflows and metadata management for asset tracking
Portfolio showcasing 10+ commercial fashion shoots (studio, outdoor, or editorial)
Willingness to sign a mandatory 2-year bond upon joining
Preferred
Experience with drone or handheld gimbal videography for hybrid content creation
Familiarity with fashion industry software like Frame.io, Trello, or Adobe Bridge for collaborative workflows
Experience shooting with diverse body types, ethnicities, and adaptive fashion for inclusive branding
