Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Technical Recruiter (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the BPO industry. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top technical talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews in Mandarin and English.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
Maintain recruitment reports and ensure all hiring activities meet timelines.
Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

Minimum 1+ year of experience in Technical Recruitment.
Experience hiring for BPO or IT-related technical roles is preferred.
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
