Must-Have Skills

10+ years in business development
Enterprise sales experience
Account management
Experience in IT infrastructure(laptop/desktop/work stations/storage servers/routers/switches/cybersecurity solution/Networking Solution) in a B2B environment
Experience in the SI industry
Team handling experience
Should not have Channel Sales /Government Sales experience

Key Performance Indicators

Develop and maintain a sales plan and opportunity pipeline
Quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new prospect
Build and maintain relationships at the executive, operational and IT level
Develop strong knowledge of Products & Services and the marketplace
Set proper expectations in sales cycles resulting in positive references
Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities from team members
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Stay current with industry trends, market activities, and competitors
