Key Responsibilities

Maintain and regularly update sales and market information databases.

Manage and update CRM tools with accurate client and project information.

Prepare quotations for all services across Chennai and Hyderabad.

Prepare final agreements and lab signing documents as required.

Coordinate between the Sales and Accounts teams for Chennai and Hyderabad operations.

Maintain monthly billing and collection records.

Coordinate with clients for GST, TDS, and payment/collection follow-ups.

Prepare and share invoices with clients as instructed by the Sales Head.

Maintain and organize all sales-related documents and records for Chennai and Hyderabad.

Manage project posters and related information displayed on internal presentation screens.

Prepare DI duration letters for the Censor Board as per the DI Head's instructions.

Prepare VFX Animal Welfare Board letters as per the VFX Head's instructions.

Coordinate the handover of source hard drives to clients after project release, as instructed.

Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Sales team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

02 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, client coordination, or a similar role.

Freshers with good communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, documentation, and invoicing will be an advantage.
