Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D (Mandatory skill) for efficient design and drafting processes.
Experience in construction scheduling (Mandatory skill) to efficiently plan and execute project timelines.
Strong project management skills to oversee all phases of construction and ensure timely completion.
Knowledge of Revit for creating and modifying digital construction models and collaborating with architectural team.
Experience using STAAD.Pro for structural analysis and designing report maintaining safety standards.
Skilled in surveying techniques for accurate site analysis and data collection that supports project requirements.
Proficiency in cost estimation to prepare budgets and forecast expenses with accuracy and reliability.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse project stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee and manage site operations to ensure adherence to design specifications and engineering standards.
