Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end data science projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.
Design, build, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and other GenAI models to solve complex business problems.
Develop and implement solutions using advanced techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to deliver impactful solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and industry trends in data science, machine learning, and GenAI.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a related role.
1+ year of hands-on experience with GenAI and LLM development, including fine-tuning and deployment of models.
Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python, and relevant libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools for model deployment and management.
A strong background in machine learning fundamentals, NLP, and statistical analysis.
