Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Solar Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting in-person consultations, and closing sales of solar energy systems to commercial and Industrial customers. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, including cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, networking, and leveraging referrals to identify potential customers.
Conduct comprehensive on-site consultations with prospective clients to assess their energy needs, evaluate site suitability for solar installation, and explain the benefits of solar energy.
Design and present customized solar energy solutions, including system specifications, financial proposals, and return on investment (ROI) analyses.
Clearly articulate the technical aspects of solar PV systems, government incentives, financing options, and the environmental benefits to potential customers.
Negotiate terms of sale, overcome objections, and effectively close deals to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
Collaborate closely with the design, installation, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-installation support.
Stay informed about the latest solar technology, industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
