Role Overview

The State Head will own the complete business performance for the assigned state, with end-to-end responsibility for Revenue, Customer Experience, Sales Excellence, and Operational Delivery. The role requires a leader who can think strategically while remaining deeply involved in execution, coaching teams, improving processes, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

This is a leadership position responsible for driving business growth through Sales, Service, and Member Experience teams while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Revenue Ownership

Own the P&L and revenue targets for the assigned state.
Drive subscription revenue growth through effective sales planning and execution.
Monitor business KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
Identify new growth opportunities and improve market penetration.

2.Sales Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers and Relationship Managers.
Build a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Improve conversion rates through structured sales reviews and coaching.
Ensure strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.

3.Customer Experience & Service Excellence

Own the complete member lifecycle and premium customer experience.
Ensure high service quality across onboarding, matchmaking, and relationship management.
Drive improvements in customer satisfaction, retention, and renewals.
Resolve escalated customer concerns while maintaining service excellence.

4.Team Leadership

Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing teams.
Build leadership capability across reporting managers.
Foster collaboration between Sales, Service, Operations, and Support teams.
Create a performance-driven culture through regular reviews and development plans.

5.Operational Excellence

Improve productivity through process optimization and operational discipline.
Monitor key business metrics including revenue, productivity, customer satisfaction, and service SLAs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

6.Strategic Initiatives

Partner with central leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
Recommend business improvements based on data and market intelligence.
Lead change management initiatives within the state.

Education & Experience

10–15 years of overall experience in Sales, Business Development, or Revenue Leadership.
Minimum 5 years managing large, multi-functional teams.
Experience in consumer services, digital platforms, subscriptions, lifestyle services, luxury retail or hospitality is preferred.
Proven track record of consistently delivering revenue targets
