Position: Application Developer - Microsoft Modern Workplace (SharePoint Developer)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Application Developer - Microsoft Modern Workplace (SharePoint Developer) with strong expertise in Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 development, SharePoint Online, SPFx development, React.js, Node.js, Power Platform, and API integrations.

Candidates must possess strong technical expertise in modern SharePoint architecture and should have experience in developing scalable, enterprise-grade collaboration and workflow solutions.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Mandatory)

Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 Development
Expertise in SharePoint Online
Strong experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
Strong working knowledge of React.JS and Node.js
Experience with Power Platform:

Power Automate
Logic Apps

Experience in API Integration (REST APIs, Graph APIs, third-party integrations)
Strong understanding of Modern SharePoint Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain modern SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx
Develop responsive and reusable components using React.js and Node.js
Build and enhance Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions
Develop automated workflows using Power Automate and Logic Apps
Integrate SharePoint solutions with external systems and APIs
Work with Microsoft Graph API and REST services
Customize SharePoint sites, pages, web parts, and extensions
Ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability of applications
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams
Participate in requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
