This dual-role position combines creative content creation with public relations efforts, focusing on our color cosmetics line. Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop engaging and informative content for our website, blog, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
Write compelling product descriptions, promotional copy, and editorial articles that highlight our brand's unique value propositions.
Create multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and visual storytelling elements, to enhance engagement.

Public Relations:

Manage media relations and develop press materials, including press releases, fact sheets, and media kits.
Build and maintain relationships with beauty editors, bloggers, and influencers to secure product placements and reviews.
Coordinate PR campaigns and events, including product launches, trade shows, and influencer partnerships.

Strategy Development:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and PR strategies that align with overall brand objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand visibility.

Brand Storytelling:

Craft compelling narratives that reflect the brand's identity and mission, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Work closely with the design team to create cohesive visual and written content that resonates with our target audience.

Social Media Management:

Develop and implement social media content strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Monitor social media trends and engage with followers to build community and brand loyalty.

Analytics and Reporting:

Analyze content and PR campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in content marketing and public relations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in content writing and public relations, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples, including blogs, press releases, and promotional content.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for relationship building.
Proficiency in SEO best practices and social media management tools.
Strong research skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
