Role Definition :

The Human Resource Intern will work closely with the Human Resources team to support end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure develop a strong foundation in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management and workplace engagement. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn in a dynamic work environment.

Duration of Internship

This internship will be for a duration of 6 months. Based on performance, the candidate may be considered for a permanent role within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology or,
Pursuing MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms and internal databases.
Screen resumes based on job requirements and conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
Assist in organizing celebrations, campaigns, and workplace programs to enhance employee experience.
Coordinate with teams to drive participation and ensure successful execution of engagement activities.
Maintain and organize employee records, files, and HR documentation.
Assist in drafting HR-related documents such as offer letters, internship letters, and experience certificates.
Assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
