Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Development
Lead the development of content across PR, social media, website, campaigns, speeches, videos, and other communication assets.
Craft messaging that translates complex telecom and technology concepts into accessible, engaging narratives.
Maintain content consistency, accuracy, and tone across all materials.
Review and approve drafts from other team members to ensure linguistic and conceptual integrity.
Public Relations & Media Communication
Draft press releases, statements, media responses, and event-related communication.
Developing PR strategies, pitches, and campaign narratives.
Coordinate with team members for dissemination and coverage tracking.
Own drafting briefing documents, FAQs, and post-event reports.
Identify right speaking forums for the client.
3. Communication Planning & Campaign Development
Assist in conceptualizing and planning integrated campaigns that align with client's objectives.
Collaborate with creative, research, and digital partners to ensure message synergy.
Track campaign performance metrics and share actionable insights for future planning.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
Act as the coordination point between Client's communication team, project partners, and external vendors.
Manage deliverables, approvals, and timelines.
Supervise junior communication staff or associates to ensure quality execution and adherence to deadlines.
Social Media & Digital Communication
Support social media planning, including content creation and performance review.
Ensure messaging consistency across digital and traditional platforms.
Monitor engagement metrics and propose content optimisations.
Regular outreach to influencers and new-age media for amplification of Client's consumer centric activities.

Qualifications & Skills

8–10 years of experience in content writing, public relations, or integrated communication (preferably in telecom, technology, or regulatory sectors).
Strong command of English — exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.
Proven understanding of India's media and digital ecosystem.
Experience in planning and executing communication or outreach campaigns.
Strong organizational and people management skills; ability to guide teams and ensure alignment.
Familiarity with social media tools, analytics, and content platforms.
Prior experience working with government, public sector, or regulatory projects will be an added advantage.
