Locations: India (Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, or NCR preferred)

Experience Level: 12–16 years

Reports to: Head of Global Sales / Regional Leadership

Position Overview:

Our client is looking for an aggressive, results-driven Sales Hunter to drive net-new logo acquisition targeting Global Capability Centers (GCCs) being established or scaled in India. As a key growth leader, you will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from initial engagement with GCC leadership in India to structuring high-impact transformation deals spanning Data Engineering, Cloud Analytics, and Enterprise AI.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the GCC operational model in India, an established executive network among GCC setup leaders, MDs, and CTOs, and a proven track record of selling complex technology and data services to multinational corporations.

Key Responsibilities:

GCC Market Penetration: Spearhead net-new logo acquisition by aggressively targeting new and expanding Global Capability Centers (GCCs) setting up operations in India across sectors like Financial Services, Capital Markets, and Manufacturing.

Ecosystem & Partnership Selling: Position our client's delivery and engineering prowess around Databricks, Snowflake, and major hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, and GCP) to capture platform migration and AI adoption budgets originating out of India GCC hubs.

Relationship Building: Leverage a strong, active local rolodex of GCC heads, site leaders, Global CIOs/CDOs, and sourcing executives to bypass gatekeepers and accelerate pipeline velocity. An existing impressive Rolodex is mandatory!

Complex Deal Orchestration: Lead high-value pursuits for offshore engineering services, data modernization, and GenAI product development, aligning local GCC decision-makers with global enterprise stakeholders.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales to design targeted campaigns addressing the unique challenges of GCCs (talent scaling, tech stack unification, and localized AI innovation).

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: 12–16 years of total professional experience in enterprise tech sales or IT services, with significant, documented success selling into GCCs in India.

Domain & Technical Acumen: Strong fluency in Data, Analytics, and AI services, with familiarity across modern platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, and at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Rolodex & Network: Must bring a demonstrable, active network of senior executives and decision-makers within the Indian GCC ecosystem.

Track Record: Consistent history of quota over-achievement, winning competitive net-new enterprise accounts, and managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
