Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Chat Support process
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Offs

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our International Chat Support team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and prior experience handling international customer interactions via chat. The role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries through chat in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.
Deliver a high-quality customer experience while meeting defined service standards.
Accurately document customer interactions and follow established processes.
Achieve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Chat Support process.
Excellent written English communication skills.
Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused with the ability to handle multiple chats efficiently.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
