What You'll Build

You'll shape the future of mobile HR by building the next-generation iOS experience for SAP SuccessFactors - an app that puts performance appraisals, compensation reviews, payroll, time tracking, talent management, and learning into the hands of millions of employees worldwide.
You'll collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality, lean solutions that make complex HR processes feel effortless on iOS.
You'll improve and evolve the existing codebase - identifying performance bottlenecks, leveraging instrumentation tools, and ensuring a smooth, reliable user experience.
You'll work across time zones with cross-functional teams, sharing your expertise and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
You'll champion quality and accessibility through comprehensive unit and component testing and adherence to accessibility best practices.

What You Bring

4 to 8 years of experience in iOS application development.
Proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, and native iOS development with strong CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, software design).
Solid experience with networking, data persistence, multithreading, performance optimization, RESTful APIs, and Git.
Experience with unit testing, mobile automation testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
A knack for solving complex UI challenges and a passion for building exceptional user experiences.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
A growth mindset - you're curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Knowledge of implementing mobile-accessible applications.

Nice to have: - A portfolio of work (e.g., open-source contributions on GitHub) or experience with high-traffic public apps. - Knowledge of iOS security - Secure Storage, Cryptography, Authentication, and Session Management. - Experience beyond iOS, such as Android, web technologies, or cloud platforms.
