Key Responsibilities:

SAP MM Implementation & Configuration:
Lead end-to-end SAP MM implementations, including requirement gathering, system design, configuration, and testing.
Configure SAP MM modules to support procurement, inventory management, material master data, and vendor management.
Customize SAP solutions to meet business-specific needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Business Process Analysis & Optimization:
Analyze existing supply chain and procurement processes to identify areas for improvement.
Design and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve data accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP MM with other modules (e.g., SD, WM, WM, PP, and FI).
Project Management & Support:
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution.
Provide technical and functional support during SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
Coordinate with technical teams for system enhancements, bug fixes, and performance tuning.
Training & Documentation:
Develop user manuals, training materials, and documentation for SAP MM processes.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders to ensure effective system adoption.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP MM-related issues.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure project success.
Present project updates, insights, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Participate in change management activities to support new system implementations.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
SAP certifications in MM (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - Procurement with SAP ERP).
Experience:
5–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM consulting, including at least 2–3 full-cycle SAP implementations.
Strong knowledge of SAP MM configuration, integration with other SAP modules, and supply chain processes.
Experience in global SAP projects, upgrades, and system migrations is a plus.
Skills:
Expertise in SAP MM modules: Purchasing (MM-PUR), Inventory Management (MM-IM), Material Master, Vendor Master, and Invoice Verification (MM-IV).
Strong understanding of supply chain management, procurement, and inventory control principles.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in SAP GUI, Fiori, and relevant reporting tools (e.g., SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud).
