ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for energetic, confident, and ambitious Sales & Marketing Interns who enjoy interacting with people, generating business opportunities, and promoting meaningful initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in B2B sales, corporate communications, event marketing, client acquisition, and relationship management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research and identify potential corporate, educational, and institutional clients.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, phone calls, networking, and online research.
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Prepare client databases and maintain CRM records.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing material.
Coordinate with the founder before and after client meetings.
Support digital marketing initiatives including LinkedIn and email campaigns.
Assist in promoting DRZYA's inspirational entertainment events and transformational sessions.
Build relationships with HR professionals, CSR teams, Learning & Development departments, educational institutions, and event organizers.
Participate in exhibitions, networking events, seminars, and business meetings whenever required.

DESIRED SKILLS:

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Confident speaking over phone and in person.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.
Strong presentation and persuasion abilities.
Self-driven with a willingness to learn.
Positive attitude with good professional etiquette.
Interest in sales, marketing, business development, events, or social impact.
