Position Summary:

The Talent Development Trainer plays a pivotal role in empowering employees through impactful training programs that enhance skills, performance, and professional growth. This role involves designing and delivering engaging learning experiences, analyzing training effectiveness, and supporting organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver training sessions tailored to organizational needs.
Facilitate new hire orientation, leadership development, and skill-building workshops.
Develop engaging training materials using modern instructional design principles.
Update and refine content to align with evolving business priorities and trends.
Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance metrics.
Implement improvements to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and align programs with goals.
Support cross-functional teams in implementing learning initiatives.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organization.
Stay informed about the latest trends in talent development and instructional technologies.

Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training practices.
Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD).
Background in change management or leadership coaching.
Familiarity with data-driven approaches to measuring training success.

Role Requisites:

Bachelors degree in education, Human Resources, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or talent development roles.
Proven ability to create and deliver effective learning solutions.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
