Innovate and apply advanced engineering concepts to solve complex design and implementation challenges.
Guide and supervise team members in technical and project management tasks, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Participate in client discussions and support the project lead in monitoring daily progress.
Engage in internal communication, monitor budgets, assist in recruitment, contribute to business development, and prepare fee proposals.
