We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience to build, maintain, and optimize the deployment pipelines and infrastructure that power our AEM and Spring-based platforms. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure reliable, automated, and repeatable deployments across all environments, and play a key role in driving DevOps culture and CI/CD maturity across the team.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AEM and Spring application deployments.
Manage and optimize AEM infrastructure across development, staging, and production environments.
Automate deployment, configuration management, and environment provisioning processes.
Monitor system health, application performance, and infrastructure reliability; respond to incidents.
Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Collaborate with developers to ensure build artefacts are correctly packaged and deployed (AEM content packages, Spring Boot JARs).
Manage containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) for Spring-based services.
Provide database support and automation for applications, with a strong preference for SQL Server, including managing deployments, schema changes, performance monitoring, backup and recovery strategies, and integrating database workflows into CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
Define and enforce security policies for deployment pipelines and cloud environments.
Maintain environment documentation and runbooks for operational procedures.
Drive adoption of DevOps best practices and support the team in shifting quality left.

Required Qualifications

4-6 years of DevOps or platform engineering experience.
Hands-on experience deploying and managing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) - including package manager, replication agents, dispatcher configuration, and environment setup.
Experience deploying Spring Boot applications to cloud or on-premise environments.
Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Groovy).
Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Understanding of networking, load balancing, SSL/TLS, and security best practices.
Strong Database experience preferably with Azure SQL Server or SQL Server.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Experience with Adobe Cloud Manager and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) deployments.
Familiarity with AEM Dispatcher configuration and CDN integration.
Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or Ansible.
Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, CKA, etc.).
Experience with log aggregation and monitoring tools (ELK Stack, Datadog, Grafana).
