Monitor product performance and continuously improve features based on data and user feedback.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
Improve product quality, reliability, performance, and user experience.
Work across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, cloud services, and third-party integrations.

What We're Looking For

Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, or similar languages.
Experience building and shipping production-grade applications.
Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js.
Good understanding of backend development, REST APIs, databases, and scalable system design.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience working in startups or fast-paced product teams.
Knowledge of product metrics, A/B testing, experimentation, and user analytics.
Experience building AI-powered products using LLMs, Generative AI, or modern SaaS platforms.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, observability, monitoring, and DevOps practices.

Why Join Linearloop
