Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify target audiences and grow email subscriber lists for eCommerce brands.
Design and execute email marketing and retention campaigns for customer engagement and repeat sales.
Assist in creating automated email flows such as welcome series, abandoned cart, win-back, post-purchase, and promotional campaigns.
Use AI tools and automation platforms to improve email content, productivity, and campaign performance.
Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, tone, and accuracy.
Ensure responsive and mobile-friendly email templates.
Write newsletters, promotional emails, and retention-focused campaigns for eCommerce clients.
Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalization, segmentation, dynamic content, and advanced email features.
Monitor campaign performance including open rates, click rates, conversions, retention, and revenue generation.
Ensure prompt and professional communication with clients via email to improve customer engagement and minimise unsubscribes.
Create, organise, and maintain secure email databases for lead generation and audience segmentation.
Research retention marketing trends, AI tools, customer behaviour patterns, and email marketing best practices.
Collaborate with designers, strategists, and internal teams to execute campaigns efficiently.

Requirements:

Education: Recently completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong interest in Email Marketing, Retention Marketing, and eCommerce.
Comfortable learning and using AI tools, automation platforms, and new technologies for marketing tasks.
Quick learner with strong problem-solving and self-learning abilities.
Ability to understand processes quickly and work independently with minimal support.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as email marketing, customer retention, social media marketing, lead generation, and customer lifecycle communication.
Familiarity with eCommerce brands, online shopping trends, or consumer behaviour is a plus.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic internet research.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Ability to Multitask: Able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
