We are looking for an experienced professional for the position of Senior Manager Taxation, who can work very closely with the CFO and senior management to manage the multiple operations of the tax practice area and to provide with innovative tax planning and reviewing of complex international transactions from tax perspective.

What is the job like

Handling the tax compliance and strategy across group entities globally
MA and cross border structuring
Global Transfer Pricing
Reviewing transactions across all group entities to ensure minimum tax leakages
To review the international transactions keeping into perspective the local laws and Double taxation Avoidance agreements
To work on a wide variety of complex, demanding and high profile transactions related to fundraising, acquisitions, mergers, buy-outs, and joint ventures.
Provide innovative tax structures to optimize the desired commercial objectives
Oversight of the tax returns for the Companys international subsidiaries.
Handling the tax strategy and compliance with respect to the overseas group companies
Handling of the international Litigations and providing reports to the management.
Handling GST across all group entities in India

Who should apply to this role

Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant
Post-qualification work experience of atleast 8 years with specialization in International taxation
