Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across:

o Google Ads

o Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

o LinkedIn Ads

o Crypto ad networks (where applicable)

• Develop scalable B2B lead acquisition strategies for:

o Blockchain development services

o Token launch and advisory services

o Crypto exchange development

o Web3 consulting solutions

Creative & Funnel Optimization

• Craft compliant, high-converting ad copies tailored to regulated crypto/fintech audiences

• Design and optimize high-ticket B2B funnels

• Collaborate on landing page strategy, CRO improvements, and messaging alignment

• Execute structured A/B testing for creatives, hooks, bidding strategies, and targeting frameworks

Performance & Analytics

• Track and analyze campaign performance using:

o Google Analytics

o Google Tag Manager

• Maintain target CPL, ROAS, and ROI benchmarks

• Deliver data-backed insights and actionable recommendations

• Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining performance efficiency

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Blockchain/Crypto preferred)

• Strong understanding of:

o Crypto advertising compliance policies (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)

o Ad account restriction management and risk mitigation

o High-CPL B2B acquisition models

• Demonstrated experience managing monthly ad budgets of $6,000+

• Advanced data analysis and performance optimization capabilities

• Strong copywriting skills for technical and investor-focused audiences
