Key Responsibilities:

Sales Forecasting & Reporting:

Provide accurate sales forecasts and updates to the executive team.
Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and market analysis.
Stay informed about market trends, industry changes, and competitor activities.
Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Provide valuable feedback to product development teams to influence future product offerings.
Strong knowledge of passive components, such as capacitors, resistors, inductors.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience working with CRM software and sales tools.
Ability to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to optimize product offerings, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
Technical knowledge of passive electronic components and their applications in various industries.
