About the Client

Our client is an innovator and market leader in engineered, easy-to-install shower systems designed for efficiency, durability, and performance. The company specializes in one-piece shower pans, integrated curbs and entrances, splash walls, and polyvinyl chloride drains, along with complementary products such as shelves, benches, niches, and ledges.

All products are designed to be Ready to Tile™, allowing installers to apply tile directly onto a leak-proof surface. This significantly simplifies the shower installation process for building professionals and contractors, reducing installation time and labor costs while delivering high-quality, customizable solutions for residential and institutional projects.

About the Role

The Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the client's sales execution across multifamily, hospitality, and single-family construction segments. This role ensures accurate quoting, project take-offs, pricing alignment, order entry, CRM documentation, and coordination with operations and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to move opportunities efficiently from specification through fulfillment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction product environment supporting both standard and custom shower system solutions.

What you'll do

Quoting & Take-Off Support

Prepare accurate product quotations for shower pans, wall systems, and accessories.
Perform plan take-offs from architectural drawings and construction documents.
Confirm product compatibility with jobsite requirements and specifications
Support pricing alignment with company programs, project tiers, and strategic accounts
Coordinate with BDMs to ensure quotes reflect project scope and opportunity strategy

CRM Management (HubSpot)

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, company, and deal records within HubSpot
Create and update deal entries tied to quoting activity and project opportunities
Track project progress through appropriate deal stages
Document communications, quote revisions, and opportunity milestones
Support territory visibility by ensuring pipeline accuracy for BDMs and leadership
Assist with organizing project-level information tied to hospitality and multifamily developments
Ensure all quoting activity is properly associated with the correct contacts, companies, and opportunities

Order Processing & Invoicing (QuickBooks)

Enter and manage sales orders within QuickBooks
Verify pricing accuracy prior to order submission
Confirm customer details, ship-to information, and scheduling requirements
Track order status through fulfillment lifecycle
Generate and send invoices and payment requests to customers through ERP system. - Apply customer payments accurately to the appropriate sales orders.
Track payment status and maintain up-to-date financial records.

Custom & Non-Stock Product Coordination

Partner with operations to confirm production timing and shipment scheduling
Monitor project deadlines and communicate updates proactively
Assist with managing priority projects requiring expedited support
Support logistics coordination when required BDM Project Support
Collaborate with regional Business Development Managers on active opportunities
Support project tracking from quote stage through order conversion
Maintain organized documentation tied to each opportunity within HubSpot
Help advance opportunities by ensuring timely quote revisions and updates
Assist with managing pipeline activity tied to major hospitality and multifamily developments

Customer Service Excellence

Serve as a support contact for customers, contractors, distributors, and partners
Respond promptly to quote requests, product questions, and order status inquiries
Provide product guidance aligned with Tile Redi installation standards
Maintain strong communication throughout the customer lifecycle
Deliver a high-touch service experience consistent with Tile Redi's brand reputation

What You Bring

2+ years experience in sales administration, inside sales, or construction product support
Experience preparing quotes and working from construction drawings preferred
Strong proficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms
Experience with QuickBooks or similar order entry systems
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills across internal teams and customers

Nice to have:

Experience supporting construction materials, plumbing products, tile systems, or prefabricated building components
Familiarity with multifamily and hospitality project workflows
Experience coordinating custom or made-to-order products
Exposure to Architectural plans or specification review
